Cancellation & Refund
The order can be cancelled by getting in touch with our executives 3 hours before the products leave our warehouse.
madsbag.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal Return policy.
Under this policy: Return can be considered only for the request made within 12 hrs or before products leave our warehouse whichever happens earlier.
Return & Refund Policy
In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we provide a Free Replacement of the product to ensure that you are satisfied.
As part of the process, we will require the images of the product on Whatsapp for speedy processing, depending on the nature and category of the product.
We will process the refund after receipt and thorough inspection of the product by madsbag.com.
Refund will be processed and the money will be remitted to the buyer's Account by NEFT Payment.
In the case of damage during transit, please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery by Phone Call or Email or SMS. It is mandatory that the packaging stays intact.
However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality/functionality of product delivered has manufacturing Fault/defect.
- madsbag.com does not accept Refund requests for any goods for which the packaging is Open or the Product is returned in damaged Condition.
- madsbag.com does not accept any Products/Items which have been intentionally USED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the Original Price Tags, Labels and Invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
- Orders paid by Credit/Debit Card/Net banking/COD accounts will be credited back to respective Card/Bank Account.
